Finding 1% Shift & Healthy Habits

creates a healthier YOU!

Robin Berlinsky is the host of the weekly podcast; Energy Matters with Robin Berlinsky. She teaches pre-service teachers at the College of Charleston’s School of Education and is the CEO of Engaging Creative Minds, an arts based educational non-profit serving schools across South Carolina.

Robin works with parents to alleviate stress during the school years (homework should be super fun) and works with non-profits who are ready to launch their idea or increase the income and impact for the one they already have through her highly successful “Zero to Hero” 5-Day (FREE) Non-profit Challenge and her “Income for Impact” 12-week Program. Robin is an avid reader who loves to travel anywhere with water!

She has three adult children who are thriving in their twenties. She resides in Charleston, South Carolina with her two rescue dogs. I loved meeting Robin and knew I wanted her to be on the podcast because the way she teaches us how to bring the energy daily can be used in all aspects of life and who knows her tips might just become part of your 1% shifts you create for better health. ————————————————————————

Take Aways:

1. Living from a place of gratitude-not just with objects but more so for the people’s presence who you are grateful for in your life.

2. Embracing the woohoo spirit-trying things outside of the box to create the life you want.

3. Operating from a space of yes-not necessarily saying yes to everything, but getting curious and thinking before you just say no.
