Clean No More: The Trusted Brands I No Longer Use (and What I Buy Instead)

Some things just fire me up—and this is one of them.

There are a handful of brands I used to love. Brands I trusted. Brands I even recommended to other mamas because they started out with clean ingredients and high standards.

But then they sold out—literally.

Once these companies were bought by big-name corporations, the values shifted… and so did the ingredients. Cheaper fillers crept in. Greenwashing got louder. And unfortunately, some even ended up in class action lawsuits.

As a holistic health coach and ingredient detective to the core, I had to make some changes. And I want to share them with you so you feel empowered to do the same.

Why This Matters

When a smaller, mission-driven company gets bought out by a giant like Nestlé or Procter & Gamble, the bottom line becomes more important than your health. The formulas often change, ingredients become questionable, and the transparency we once counted on starts to fade.

It’s not just frustrating—it’s misleading. And we deserve better.

It makes me mad—and honestly, it’s the reason I stay fired up and passionate about reading labels and teaching you to do the same. Because here’s the truth: we can’t trust front-of-label marketing anymore. We’ve got to become ingredient detectives.
