I can hardly believe we’re wrapping up Season 4 of our podcast! Your support, stories, and energy have made this season so special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This summer is a unique one for me—I’m spending precious time with my last birdie before she flies the nest. It’s a mix of joy, anticipation of what is coming, and a little sadness too, and I know many of you are feeling this too. It reminds me of how quickly time flies and how important pausing and being present for each moment truly is!

During times like these, our community becomes a lifeline. Sharing our experiences, lifting each other up, and finding comfort in our connections can make all the difference. Remember, we’re in this together, and never alone.

Wishing you a summer filled with love, joy, and unforgettable memories.
With love, compassion, and endless support,
~Robin

3 Take Aways

Shop at Farmer’s Markets: Visit your local farmer’s market to buy fresh produce directly from local farmers. Not only will you get to enjoy seasonal fruits and vegetables at their peak flavor, but you’ll also support local agriculture and reduce the carbon footprint associated with long-distance transportation.
Join a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture): Consider joining a CSA program in your area where you can subscribe to receive a weekly or monthly box of fresh, seasonal produce directly from local farms. This not only ensures you get a variety of local produce but also helps farmers by providing them with a stable income.
Grow Your Own Food: Start a small garden at home, whether it’s in your backyard, on a balcony, or even indoors. Growing your own herbs, fruits, and vegetables allows you to enjoy the freshest produce possible while reducing your reliance on grocery stores and industrial agriculture. Plus, gardening can be a rewarding and therapeutic activity for people of all ages.
